To mark World Mental Health Day, our Wellbeing Vehicle rolled into the Rugby Wellbeing Hub, bringing mental health support and resources straight to the community. The day was all about raising awareness, sharing helpful advice, and creating a space where people could connect and chat openly about mental health.
The Wellbeing Vehicle offered stress management tips, coping strategies, and guidance on local services, while the hub buzzed with activities and conversations. It was great to see so many people come together to learn, share, and support each other.
Thanks to everyone who joined us—let’s keep the conversation going and continue prioritising mental wellbeing!
We are actively seeking community venues and spaces in which we can visit with our new vehicle to raise awareness, provide support and signpost to our services.
Do you know of a school with a playground or field? Does your place of work have a car park? Or perhaps you know of a village or town centre with enough open space to park a van. We’d love to hear from you with any proposals. Our friendly, compassionate and highly-trained staff will be on hand to talk about Coventry and Warwickshire Mind and how we can support your and your loved ones’ mental health.
