Volunteer with us
Coventry, Warwickshire and Worcestershire Mind prides itself on delivering quality services to support the mental health of people from all backgrounds across the region. This work is made possible thanks to the dedication of our incredible volunteers, whose unique experiences and perspectives help us better support the communities we serve.
We’re committed to building a team that truly reflects the richness of those communities. We’re especially keen to hear from individuals who are passionate about supporting people whose voices are too often overlooked or unheard.
If you believe in equity, inclusion, and the power of mental health support to change lives, we’d love to hear from you. Volunteering with us opens up many opportunities to develop new skills, meet new people and gain insight into the world of mental health and wellbeing support. All of our volunteers receive training before taking up their role, as well as support sessions and ongoing training. And best of all, you don’t need any previous experience!
We ask that our volunteers have a flexible outlook and are able to give at least six months commitment. So, if you think that you can be warm, understanding, patient and sensitive when supporting people’s mental health, all with a good sense of humour, then why not apply to become a volunteer today?
Help us to help all.
