On Saturday 24th July, five fantastic members of our Corporate Partner Micom, Christopher, Shaun, Kylie, Seosamh and Adam, took on the 5K Inflatable Fun Run in Coventry in support of Coventry, Warwickshire and Worcestershire Mind (CWW Mind).
Despite soaring temperatures and the added challenge of tackling giant inflatable obstacles, the team showed incredible determination, with every participant running or walking the course and crossing the finish line within the hour.
Thanks to their enthusiasm, commitment and the generosity of their supporters, Christopher, Shaun, Kylie, Seosamh and Adam raised an outstanding £2,102.51, including Gift Aid, to help CWW Mind continue providing vital mental health support across Coventry, Warwickshire and Worcestershire.
Reflecting on the day, the team shared:
“We had a fantastic time taking part in the run and thoroughly enjoyed the day. Thank you for your support! I am pleased to say that everyone in our team either ran or walked the course within the hour. It was a very warm day, even before the midday sun arrived, which certainly made it an extra challenge.
Thank you once again for all the valuable support and for the important work that CWW Mind continues to do. We are proud to have contributed and look forward to supporting future fundraising initiatives.”
