On Saturday 8 February, Alan Muskett hosted a fundraising event at The Old Bull in Inkberrow to promote his book, The Burnout Ladder – How to Thrive in a Chaotic Workplace. Alan, a mental wellbeing practitioner, is passionate about helping people overcome chronic stress and anxiety, and his book is a culmination of both personal experience and professional expertise. The event aimed to raise awareness about burnout, its impact on mental health, and how we can manage it in a busy workplace.

Alan pledged to donate half of the proceeds from each book sold to Coventry, Warwickshire and Worcestershire Mind, contributing £5 per book to help support vital mental health services. Thanks to the generosity of those who attended the event and purchased a copy, Alan was able to raise £160 for the charity a fantastic achievement that will help fund mental health services in our community. We are incredibly grateful to Alan for his support and for using his platform to raise awareness about mental health and burnout.
