Along with Glamourous and the Yard, Coventry and Warwickshire Mind attended University of Warwick Pride to raise awareness of our mental health support services.

We were able to speak to almost 100. young adults, focusing on resources and activities that can reduce anxiety and stress. We made stress balls, fidget toys, and self-affirmation bracelets, and signposted students to our mental health support services, including Safe Haven, our out-of-hours crisis service.

The organisers of the event donated a hamper for us to raffle, which raised just under £100. We also had the opportunity to speak on the main stage about our services, reaching a further 200+ people.

Coventry and Warwickshire Mind is here to support LGBTQIA+ people all year round, not just during Pride. Regardless of how you identify, we can help your mental health and wellbeing in-person, over the phone and online.

Thank you to Glamourous and the Yard for supporting us with this event.
