Our volunteers are the heartbeat of our organisation. Each brings their own story, shaped by different backgrounds and experiences, helping those we support feel truly seen and understood. By giving their time, skills and compassion, our volunteers enable us to reach further, offer more and respond with genuine care when it’s most needed. Their energy and fresh ideas strengthen our community, proving that real change happens when people come together with a shared purpose.
I love volunteering for Coventry, Warwickshire and Worcestershire Mind. I love meeting new people, helping them to help themselves, and eventually see them progressing over the weeks.
