Quality never stops
Quality never stops – we are always working to improve our services. We have maintained our ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015 accreditations, supported by quarterly quality meetings to review progress and KPIs. Although our MQM review is not due until next year, we continue to update our self-assessment and act on areas for improvement. We are also proud to have maintained our CQC ratings, achieving an overall ‘Good’ and ‘Good’ in all Key Lines of Enquiry.

ISO 9001 recognises that we have processes in place for continuous improvement.
ISO 14001 recognises that we are working to improve our environmental impact.
We are preparing for our next MQM review (possibly 2026) and ensuring that the current standards we follow are met across Coventry, Warwickshire and Worcestershire.
Looking forward
We will continue to assess and develop our services and projects, to ensure they are supporting people in the best way possible. Our environment work will expand into different areas of the organisation, such as the construction of Berry Mews in 2025.
