This year, we have worked with
Our achievements
Our partnership with The Belgrade grew through our involvement in the Revealed play, where we engaged over 250 attendees, mostly from the Black community, and highlighted the importance of the Young Black Men’s Project. An on-stage discussion sparked meaningful conversations around Black men’s mental health, leading to new partnerships and opportunities.
In total, we delivered 32 targeted events for religious, South Asian, Black and disabled communities, reaching 1,665 people, with 99% saying they found the conversations helpful.
You listened. I felt safe. I could trust you, and I was able to talk about my worries without judgment.

Looking forward
We’ve entered the year with new roles to strengthen inclusion and reach more underrepresented groups. A Lived Experience Practitioner is ensuring seldom-heard voices shape our services, while our EEDI Manager drives systemic change around equity, diversity and inclusion. An Outreach Officer is focused on reducing stigma and improving access to support. Together, these roles will help us engage with Deaf and hearing loss communities, and rural and farming populations, while improving accessibility and disability data across our services.
