Our achievements
We supported 42,490 people in 2024–25, a 24% increase on last year. That’s enough to fill the CBS Arena and still leave 10,000 people waiting outside (last year, there was no-one waiting outside!). Of the 8,234 additional people, 3,327 joined through our recent merger, with the rest reflecting growing demand across our existing services. 9,174 adults accessed our services, including residential and intensive support, drop-in hubs, evening crisis support, and courses and workshops. We also supported 3,772 children and young people through individual and group therapy, workshops and activities, and targeted support for autistic individuals. Moreover, 18,753 individuals accessed NHS Talking Therapies.

Looking forward
We will use data to ensure the people we support reflect the diversity of Coventry, Warwickshire, and Worcestershire, focusing on removing barriers within our services that might prevent some communities from accessing support. Insights from this data will inform Equality Impact Assessments and guide service development, helping us close gaps in access and outcomes. By monitoring engagement and results, we will ensure our mental health support is accessible, effective, and equitable for everyone who needs it.
