Last night, our Safe Haven peer support group in Coventry focused on the power of gratitude. Each of us was encouraged to add something to our beautifully decorated gratitude boxes daily. This simple practice helps us build a reflective tool for those overwhelming days when it feels impossible to acknowledge the small wins that contribute to our resilience.

As the darker nights draw in, bringing new challenges to our mental well-being, this is just one small but impactful technique in our resilience toolbox. A daily dose of gratitude can remind us of the positives, even when times are tough.

Our Safe Haven service is open seven evenings a week from 6pm–11pm for adults feeling overwhelmed, stressed or in crisis. Our venues in Coventry and Nuneaton are open every evening, with other locations across the county open one evening a week. We also offer remote support via phone, email or text.
