Equipping our local community with greater mental health understanding
Our achievements
Working with partners including Warwickshire County Council, Stratford and Wychavon District Councils, the NHS, and the Department for Health and Social Care, we delivered training across statutory, community, and commercial sectors, as well as in collaboration with other local Minds.
A major highlight was our Suicide Prevention in Schools project, part of the UK Government’s Suicide Prevention Strategy. We ran 60 workshops across 58 schools and colleges, training 559 staff, reaching over 10,000 staff and 74,900 students, with a 99.91% approval rating.
Internally, we also reshaped our training, adopting Cornerstone as our e-learning platform and introducing a trauma-informed approach.

In 2024–2025, we trained 2,364 attendees, which included 665 internal attendees and 1,699 external attendees.
Looking forward
As we look ahead, we’re committed to delivering more mental health training than ever before. Building strong partnerships remains central to our approach, whether through statutory contracts, collaborations with community partners and local Minds, or by working with local businesses. We will expand our open-access courses in Mental Health First Aid, Suicide First Aid and Trauma-Informed Care, while continuing to innovate and adapt our training offer to meet community needs.
