Kicking off the new year with purpose, Jessica McLish took on our January Fitness Challenge, using the power of exercise to raise awareness and funds for mental health. Her dedication and commitment saw her raise £60, proving that even small efforts can make a big impact.
Jessica’s challenge was about more than just fitness—it was about promoting mental wellbeing through movement. Exercise has been shown to boost mood, reduce stress, and improve overall mental health, and Jessica wanted to encourage others to stay active while supporting a cause close to her heart.
Throughout the month Jessica remained focused and determined, inspiring friends, family, and supporters along the way. Whether it was early morning workouts or pushing through on days when motivation was low, she demonstrated how consistency and perseverance can create positive change.
Her fundraising efforts will contribute to mental health services, helping to provide vital resources and support to those who need it most. A huge thank you to Jessica for her dedication and to everyone who donated—you are all making a real difference!
