On Sunday 11 June 2023, Sophie’s Stage Academy took part in Nuneaton Carnival and our ‘disco party’ float and won second place! 😊
As part of our prize, we were able to nominate a charity to receive a donation of £75. As an employee of Coventry and Warwickshire Mind, I see first-hand the difference we can make to people’s lives when they are experiencing poor mental health and felt it fitting to give our donation to Coventry and Warwickshire Mind.
There is always work to be done to continue to reduce the stigma of experiencing mental health difficulties and support those living with them. Services and organisations can always benefit from your help.
