NHS England would like to hear from people who have accessed crisis mental health care services through the NHS 111 ‘select mental health option’ service.
They have published a survey to gather feedback on how people are finding the service and the quality of support they have received. Responses collected through the survey will be analysed to identify areas where improvements can be made to enhance the quality of care provided.
