Housing support
We manage a wide range of properties, which are located in various parts of Coventry and consist of single flats/bedsits and a number of shared houses for 2–8 people. Our service matches a person to an appropriate property and then provides practical and emotional support to enable the person to maintain and sustain their tenancy. All properties are furnished to a high standard to ensure that individuals are comfortable in their surroundings.
Our Community Support Service may also be able to provide a higher level of recovery-focussed support to people living within one of our properties if this is required.
How can people access the service?
Referrals may be sent and, if appropriate, a face-to-face assessment will be carried out. We will also need a copy of current care plan/s and risk assessment/s before we can process the referral.
To access the service, we will need to receive a referral from any of the following:
- Adult Health & Community Services
- GP
- Other voluntary or independent organisations
