Occasional team away days are really important for staff to take stock and reconnect – particularly important when they represent one our 24hr-365 services.
The team at St Clair Gardens enjoyed a day full of fun activities and creative thinking, a chance for staff who usually work on different shift patterns to have a catch-up and socialise, as well as come together to share ideas and practices to help our residents and service users. A huge well done to our victors, Maurice, who won the bowling, and Danni, who won laser quest.
Danni, Occupational Therapist at St Clair Gardens, said, ‘I think we could all agree it was a success and lots of fun, but there were also some really good ideas moving forward for the service from the team. There has already been some amazing actions from the team day which is lovely to see.’
