Our ecotherapy service held a Christmas get-together at our allotment plot in Coventry, giving everyone the chance to come together and mark the end of the year.

The session was held outdoors and included food cooked on the fire, with homemade soup and a selection of homemade cakes. It was a good opportunity for people to sit together, talk and spend time with others from across the service.

The get-together also provided time to reflect on a productive year. Over the past 12 months, our ecotherapy service has supported many people through a range of activities, including growing food, practical outdoor tasks and creative crafts. These sessions have helped people build routine, skills and confidence while spending time in nature.

The Christmas event brought together participants, staff and volunteers and highlighted the value of shared activities and peer support. As the year comes to a close, we’re looking ahead to continuing the ecotherapy service and supporting wellbeing in the year ahead.
