Free Workplace Wellbeing Network Event to Focus on Preventing Burnout
Coventry, Warwickshire and Worcestershire Mind is inviting local employers, managers, HR professionals and workplace wellbeing champions to join its next free Workplace Wellbeing Network event, focusing on one of the biggest challenges facing today’s workforce: burnout.
Taking place online, this interactive session will explore how organisations can recognise the early warning signs of burnout, understand the factors that contribute to it, and take practical steps to support employee wellbeing before issues escalate. The event is designed to provide attendees with actionable advice that can be implemented immediately within their teams and workplaces.
Delivered by CWW Mind’s experienced mental health training team, the 45-minute session will offer expert insight, opportunities to ask questions live, and a chance to connect with other professionals who are passionate about creating healthier workplace cultures.
