Worcestershire Safe Haven

Worcestershire Safe Haven provides 1-1 telephone and face-to-face appointments and group support to Worcestershire residents who are experiencing an emerging mental health crisis. Operating 365 days a year, we offer timely early intervention to help individuals to de-escalate. This is done through active listening, practical coping strategies, emotional regulation tools and guided access to onward support.

Safe Haven runs 7 days a week 6pm –11pm and is based in Worcester City Centre. Call us on 01905 600400.

“I really do appreciate the help. People don’t realise how much it helps to have someone to talk to. It’s better than medication for me.”

“I’d give it a five star review. It was a godsend to have a service after work. It’s great to be able to ring and get seen in the same night when I needed it.
