Start the conversation

A conversation can be the first step towards feeling less alone.

From World Suicide Prevention Day on 10 September to World Mental Health Day on 10 October, we’re encouraging people across Coventry, Warwickshire and Worcestershire to start more open, honest conversations about mental health.

You don’t need to have the perfect words. You just need to begin.
