Why is it so important to have a Will?
We spend our lives working to provide for ourselves and our loved ones. You may have a home, shares, savings, investments, and personal or digital belongings. These make up your ‘estate’. By making a Will, you can ensure that your estate is shared according to your wishes when you pass away. Having a Will is important for everyone, but it is especially crucial if you have children, own property, have savings or investments, insurance policies, or run a business.
Why Participate in Make a Will Week?
Dealing with loss is one of the hardest things to process. Leaving a will won’t take the pain away but it’s one less thing for your loved ones to worry about.
Askews Legal LLP have a great Private Client team, and they are happy to help you tackle the legal and financial intricacies of Will writing.
See our leaflet for more information.
