Pathfinder one-to-one support
One-to-one mental health support for adults in Coventry
Part of Wellbeing for Coventry, the Pathfinder Service provides anyone aged 18+ in Coventry who is experiencing an emotionally difficult time in their lives the opportunity to identify the cause and explore ways to make positive changes.
What to expect from the service
Individuals are offered a 1.5hr session with a trained wellbeing practitioner, focusing on information, signposting to other appropriate services and mental health support. Additional sessions up to a maximum of 7 may be offered for those who need further support. These might cover:
- Practical problem-solving and resilience building
- Identifying early warning symptoms and learning self-help strategies
- Building support networks
- Support to get back into education, volunteering or employment
- Support to access community activities
- Life coaching
- Signposting/referral to services within Coventry and Warwickshire Mind and to specialist external services
Referral eligibility
Anyone aged 18+ living in Coventry can self-refer into the Pathfinder Service.
