We supported 3.6% of our local population

Our achievements

We supported 34,256 people in 2023–2024 – that’s more than the capacity of the CBS Arena. 6,188 adults accessed our service, including our residential and intensive support, drop-in hubs, evening crisis support, and courses and workshops. We also supported 2,310 children and young people through individual and group therapy, workshops and activities, and targeted support for autistic individuals. Moreover, 17,954 individuals accessed NHS Talking Therapies.

The sessions have been incredibly helpful.  When I reflect on where I have come from mentally to where I have arrived at, in the large part is it due to what I gained from the service. Individual who accessed our children and young people’s services

Looking forward

We will continue to work towards ensuring the people we support reflect the local population, going out into communities to reach those who are most vulnerable or in need of support, such as individuals from LGBTQIA+ and racialised communities. We will continue to develop our services in order to ensure we are here for everyone in Coventry and Warwickshire who needs mental health support.
