Our achievements
The board continued to ensure the organisation’s objectives were met and provided strategic and risk oversight to maintain strong governance. We adhered to the values of our 2022–2027 business plan, understanding and managing key strengths and weaknesses. We worked to ensure that oversight was strategic, not operational, being visionary to develop, consolidate and sustain the organisation.
The board is immensely proud of all the staff and volunteers who have been working hard to make sure the organisation continues to deliver high-quality services. We are always inspired by the dedication, passion and care of the teams. We strive to positively impact the lives of so many in our community, and this year is no different. Terry Plant, Chair

Looking forward
The board will continue to facilitate and support the children and young people’s advisory board to advise on relevant issues where appropriate. We will continue to harness the diverse range of skills and experience the board brings to consider new opportunities and work towards further development.
